Jessica Reese Quayle

LEAD INSTRUCTOR, LPGA Pro

  • Jessica is one of the most accomplished players and instructors in women’s golf, with a lifelong passion for helping women feel confident, capable, and excited on the course. A Northern California standout, she competed at the highest levels of junior, collegiate, and professional golf—earning national and international titles, and qualifying for the LPGA Tour on her first attempt.

    She played collegiate golf on a full scholarship at the University of Texas, where she was a team MVP and All-American, graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Education. After competing professionally on the LPGA Tour, Jessica transitioned into teaching with the same dedication and excellence that defined her playing career.

    Today, Jessica is known not only for her elite knowledge of the golf swing, but for her ability to connect with women at every stage of their golf journey—helping them play better, move better, and enjoy the game more.

  • With nearly two decades of full-time teaching experience, Jessica has coached thousands of golfers—from juniors and competitive players to seniors navigating mobility limitations. Her approach is personalized, encouraging, and results-driven, with a strong emphasis on confidence building and long-term improvement.

    Jessica has served as Director of Instruction at several top clubs and currently coaches high school teams with a proven track record of success, including multiple undefeated seasons. She is also the co-founder of West Coast Women’s Golf, where she leads multi-day schools, clinics, and curated golf travel experiences designed exclusively for women.

    Whether working one-on-one, in a small group, or on a destination golf trip, Jessica’s goal is always the same:
    to help women feel comfortable, capable, and excited every time they step onto the golf course.

Rebecka Colonna

LEAD INSTRUCTOR, LPGA Pro

  • Rebecka’s journey in golf began in Sweden, where she was a member of the Swedish National Team for five years and trained under legendary coach Pia Nilsson—an experience that profoundly shaped both her playing career and her coaching philosophy. That foundation instilled a lifelong belief in thoughtful practice, self-awareness, and helping golfers trust themselves on the course.

    She continued her career in the U.S., earning a scholarship to the women’s golf program at San José State University, where she competed on three NCAA Championship teams and was named a three-time Academic All-American. After graduating, Rebecka played professionally on the Futures Tour, gaining firsthand experience at the highest levels of competitive golf.

    Today, Rebecka is known for helping golfers reconnect with the joy of the game. Many women come to her feeling stuck, intimidated, or disconnected—and leave feeling confident, relaxed, and excited to play again.

These experiences are especially popular with women looking to strengthen relationships, build confidence, and feel more at ease on the course.

    Above all, Rebecka loves helping people rediscover their love for golf. She believes the game is a lifelong journey, one that continues to teach valuable lessons both on and off the course—and she’s passionate about exploring what’s possible for every student she works with.

Claudia Little

GOLF EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY LEAD

  • Claudia brings an unusually well-rounded background to WCWG, combining decades of experience in marketing, communications, event strategy, and golf leadership. Her career has been built on creating high-touch, thoughtfully designed experiences—where every detail, from logistics to atmosphere, feels intentional, cohesive, and effortless.

    Alongside her professional work, Claudia has spent years deeply involved in golf organization and governance, giving her a perspective few event professionals ever gain. She has served multiple terms as Women’s Club Captain at her home club, currently oversees tournament operations for the entire membership, and is widely trusted for her rules knowledge—having passed the NCGA Rules Exam on her first attempt. This rare combination allows her to design programs and events that not only look beautiful, but run seamlessly within the structure and traditions of the game.

    A lifelong golfer herself, Claudia believes strongly that it is never too late to start—or to improve. She plays regularly with women at every stage of their golf journey and understands how confidence, mobility, and mindset shift over time. Her approach is rooted in shared progress: learning, improving, and enjoying the journey together.

  • Claudia is passionate about helping women feel confident and comfortable on the course—regardless of when they started playing or where they are in their journey. She frequently leads rules and beginner clinics designed to demystify the game, believing that understanding the rules not only saves strokes, but helps golfers feel more relaxed, respected, and enjoyable to play with.

    Known for her polished personal style, Claudia draws inspiration from international fashion and lifestyle trends, translating them seamlessly to the golf environment. Women often turn to her for advice on apparel, accessories, and the small details that elevate the on-course experience—because confidence doesn’t stop at the swing.

    An avid player who logged over 120 rounds last year, Claudia is candid about her own goals, including the work required to reach—and return to—a single-digit handicap. She believes this transparency creates connection and trust, reinforcing that improvement is ongoing and shared.

    Above all, Claudia is driven by a lifelong commitment to advocating for women in golf. Having witnessed firsthand how often women feel excluded or undervalued on the course, she is dedicated to creating spaces where every woman knows she belongs.

Chelsa Engman

INSTRUCTOR, LPGA Pro

  • Chelsa grew up in the Greater Sacramento Area, developing her game through programs such as First Tee, JGANC, and the California Junior Tour before continuing her competitive career at Sonoma State University. A standout NCAA Division II player, she captured multiple top-10 finishes and individual titles while helping advance her team to both regional and national championships.

    After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Wine Business, Chelsa briefly explored a career outside of golf—but quickly realized how much she missed the course. She returned to the industry as an assistant golf professional at Mayacama Golf Club, where she earned her Class A memberships with both the PGA and the LPGA.

    After stepping away in 2020 to focus on family, Chelsa is excited to return to the golf industry with renewed energy and a clear focus on teaching women.

  • Chelsa’s teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and grounded in her own experience as both a competitive player and a coach. She enjoys helping women build solid fundamentals while fostering confidence and comfort on the course.

    Having worked across many facets of the golf industry, Chelsa understands how important it is for instruction to feel accessible and enjoyable. She is particularly passionate about growing the game among women and creating positive experiences that keep them coming back.

    Chelsa has shared a long-standing professional connection with Jessica, first meeting over 16 years ago during her collegiate career—an example of the deep relationships and continuity that define the WCWG team.

    Outside of golf, Chelsa enjoys yoga, hiking, running, reading, and spending time at the beach with her family.
