Group is Limited to 17 Players and you will be joined by 3 Team Members from West Coast Women’s Golf
Airfare, and ground transportation (including to and from the courses) are NOT included.
All tee times and course assignments are subject to change to ensure the best possible playing experience.
Deposit and Final Payments
25% Deposit (due at booking)
Final Payment, due January 15, 2026
Refund Policy
Cancellations made before January 6, 2026 will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between January 6 and January 21, 2026 (30–15 days before travel) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on or after January 22, 2026 (less than 14 days before travel) are non-refundable.
However: If you find someone to take your place, we can make a name change on the reservation at no charge. Any repayment of funds will need to be arranged privately between the two parties.

Shadow Ridge Golf Club
Shadow Ridge offers a welcoming blend of playability and precision, with lush fairways framed by sweeping mountain views. Designed by Nick Faldo, it’s an engaging course perfect for women golfers looking for a fun, scenic round with just the right amount of challenge.

Designed by Pete Dye, the Dunes Course delivers a refined, links-inspired golf experience defined by sweeping fairways, artful bunkering, and strategic shot-making. Set against expansive desert landscapes and mountain views, this elegant layout rewards precision and creativity, offering a timeless round that feels both sophisticated and memorable.
Saturday, Feb 7th, Tee Times starting at 9:45 am
The Hideaway – Clive Clark Course
Experience the rare privilege of playing The Hideaway’s Clive Clark Course, one of the few opportunities extended to a small group of invited non-members. With forecaddie fees included and accompanied by club members who know the course intimately, you’ll enjoy a welcoming, insider’s round across pristine fairways set within dramatic desert landscapes. This is golf at its most special—beautifully designed, thoughtfully guided, and truly unforgettable.

Your friend receives $100 off this trip.
You receive a $100 credit applied to your account for future West Coast Women’s Golf trips or clinics
Plus — it doesn’t stop there.
For each additional friend you refer who books, you’ll earn an extra $50 credit, which is also applied to your account for future trips or clinics. Each newly referred guest will still receive $100 off their trip.
To receive referral credit, your friend must enter your name on the booking form at the time of registration.
Referral names must be submitted on the initial form and cannot be added after booking.
