West Coast Women's Golf (WCWG) — Effective 2026 Season

‍Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration. By registering for a WCWG clinic or travel experience, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Clinic Cancellation & Refund Policy


GENERAL POLICY — NO REFUNDS

All clinic registrations are non-refundable. We invest significantly in venue bookings, staffing, materials, and catering well in advance of each clinic date, and we are unable to offer refunds once a registration is confirmed.

‍We understand that circumstances change. That is why we offer the following alternatives:

OPTION 1 — TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT

‍You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 4 days before the clinic date. To arrange a transfer, please contact us directly with the name and contact information of the person taking your spot.

OPTION 2 — CREDIT TOWARD ANOTHER CLINIC

If you are unable to attend, you may apply your registration toward another WCWG clinic of equal or lesser value within 12 months of your original registration date, provided you notify us at least 4 days before your scheduled clinic date.

  • The replacement clinic must be of equal or lesser value. No cash difference will be refunded.

  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of your original registration and may not be carried forward beyond that window.

  • Credits are non-transferable and may not be applied to travel experiences.

NO-SHOW POLICY

‍Participants who do not attend their registered clinic and have not contacted us at least 4 days in advance will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. No exceptions will be made.

The 4-day notice requirement is firm. We are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations, transfers, or credit requests made within 4 days of the clinic date.

HOW TO NOTIFY US

‍All cancellation, transfer, and credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to our team. Requests made verbally or via social media will not be accepted. Please email us at info@wcwgolf.com and include your name, registration date, and clinic details.

Weather & Rain Policy


CLINICS ARE HELD RAIN OR SHINE

WCWG clinics take place outdoors and are held in all weather conditions, including rain. We encourage participants to dress appropriately for the conditions and come prepared. Clinics will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to rain alone.

We recommend bringing:

Waterproof or water-resistant outerwear

A change of clothes if needed

An umbrella suitable for outdoor use

COURSE CLOSURE OR EXTREME WEATHER

In the event that the host golf course closes due to extreme weather, lightning, or other conditions beyond our control, WCWG will cancel the clinic for that day. In this case:

We will make every effort to notify all registered participants at least 2 days in advance of the clinic date if cancellation is anticipated.

A rescheduled date will be offered. All registered participants will be given first priority for the rescheduled clinic.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

If the course closes on the day of the clinic with insufficient notice, a rescheduled date will still be offered, and the same refund option will apply.

WCWG is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled clinic.

WCWG-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

In rare circumstances, WCWG may need to cancel a clinic due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other operational reasons. In these cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another clinic date. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.

WCWG reserves the right to cancel any clinic that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. Minimum enrollment thresholds are determined at our discretion and are not disclosed in advance.

Travel — Deposit & Cancellation Policy


Each WCWG travel experience is independently structured with its own deposit schedule, payment milestones, and cancellation terms based on the specific destination, vendors, and trip logistics involved.

‍Please refer to the individual trip page on our website for the full deposit and cancellation policy applicable to that experience. By registering for any WCWG travel experience, you agree to the specific terms outlined on that trip's page.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once paid, as they are used to secure venues, accommodations, tee times and other arrangements on your behalf.

  • Final payment deadlines and cancellation windows vary by trip and will be clearly stated on each trip page.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical expenses. WCWG does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for costs arising from cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions.

WCWG is not liable for costs incurred due to cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, airline disruptions, venue closures, government travel advisories, or acts of nature.

General Terms


By completing a registration or deposit payment with West Coast Women's Golf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

  • WCWG reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

  • This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • WCWG is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during a clinic or travel experience. Participants attend at their own risk.

  • ‍Participants with medical conditions or physical limitations are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. Please consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.
